Warranty

All our furniture benefits from a 12 month back to base warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.

Defects are defined as faults or deterioration, which affect your ability to use the furniture. Like all timber products, these natural materials will react over time with their surrounding environment. This will normally take the form of changes in colour and small movements in timber components as they absorb and release moisture. These movements may include the appearance of small surface cracks which are perfectly normal and do not affect the use of the product.

Any claim under this warranty will be limited to the repair or replacement of the affected piece on the furniture. The choice of repair or replacement will be made by us in discussion with you and will be based on the nature of the defect and the age of the original piece .

Warranty is dependent upon reasonable maintenance of furniture's weather finish (i.e. paint or furniture oil finishes). Warranty will be void if furniture is left in the raw state or a reasonable weather finish is not maintained.
