 Where do you ship?

We ship all over Australia by door-to-door courier Aramex Couriers. 


Orders are generally dispatched within seven working days of payment received unless otherwise advised. 


Packaging: Your Adirondack chair comes flat packed in a large carton


The chair will be shipped flat packed partially assembled.


Packing size: 97 x 52 x 25 cm

Packed Weight: 22-25kg



Footstools will come in the same carton as your chair if ordered at the same time




 


Returns Policy


If for some reason you don't love your Adirondack items you can return it within 7 days of delivery. 

If you decide to return your item then we'll apply a store credit, this will be approved within 24 hours once the item is received and inspected. Please be aware that if you return one of these products our actual delivery costs (both outbound and inbound) will be deducted from your refund. The item must be returned in its original condition so that we can endeavor to re-sell it.

Please arrange for the return of the item to us.



Damages


In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged contact us on 0412991276 or sales@adirondackchairsaustralia.com.au and include the order number and tell us which items were damaged and how (sending us a digital photo would be really helpful if you can). If we can't send you a replacement part to fix the problem then we'll pay to have the item returned to us and will repair it and send it back to you. Please make sure that you check for damage immediately upon receiving the product(s), as we cannot take responsibility for damages that may happen once you have received the product(s).
